Lot of 23 plastic older vehicles (1 Lionel)

For sale is a lot of 23 small plastic cars. The only car with markings is the white (Cadillac?) which has Lionel. Don't know if worth anything or junk? Maybe collector or restorer. Also some axles and wheels. This is an As-Is auction...
