Return Policy

If an item is not operational, we will offer an even exchange of that same item, a similar item of equal value ONLY if the original item has been discontinued, or a refund for the purchase price ONLY. Shipping and handling is NOT refundable and a 15% re-stocking charge will be applied to all items. You must communicate to us, in detail, the problem with your item, via email within 5 days of delivery acceptance. You are responsible for the return freight via the original carrier and the item is to be shipped back to us within 5 days, for a total of 10 days, from initial communication. its original packaging. If you have chosen an exchange, you must include the original shipping charge for the item to be shipped back to you. We will absorb all other shipping costs associated with this exchange to and from our distributors.
