vintage bakelite chess set-red and butterscotch-nice!

This is a wonderful bakelite chess set....from the 40's???
The King is 3 1/4" tall with a base of 1 5/8".  All the pieces screw together...
I showed examples in one photo.  A tiny sliver (1/8") is missing from the base of the
cross on top of the white king...you hardly notice it...the sliver is included.  I love the colors
of butterscotch and red...beautiful.  Of course this comes in a nice case which is included
in the sale.  The board, however, is NOT included in the sale.
